I read somewhere that Tavros' room used to be very clean and tidy before his accident. I imagine that after he couldn't have things the way he wanted, he would throw a fit and sulk for awhile. On top of that, when he killed Tinkerbull, it was because of his wheelchair.
Me thinks that afterwards he felt awful about himself for as long as he could. If it wasn't for his legs, his life would be fine and his Lusis would still be alive.
Now and I don't know about you, but blaming everything on myself and saying I'm a failure would be the first thing I would do.
